Analytics and reporting for a kitchen remodeling company
Most kitchen remodelers can say how many leads came in last month. Few can say which source produced the signed contracts, because the lead came from Houzz in February, visited from a Google ad in April, and signed in June after a referral conversation. Attribution in a long-cycle trade needs one place where every lead is recorded with its first source, its last touch and its outcome. Without that, the loudest source gets the budget.
The mistake is five dashboards and no single sheet that ties a contract back to its origin. The second is judging a source on leads instead of signed value: Meta produces the most leads and Google the most contracts in most accounts, and both are worth keeping once you see them side by side. After two weeks, working means every source feeds one tracker, calls and forms are tagged, and you have a first report showing cost per consultation and cost per signed contract by channel.
